After the birth of her daughter Carys five years ago, she used a tough dance-based routine from her movie Chicago to whittle herself into shape. CZJ The 38-year-old has often hit out at Hollywood's obsession with "super skinny women," and has previously claimed to detest dieting, insisting that she only eats when hungry. Although Catherine is not known to be an exercise fanatic, she is a regular gym goer and an avid golfer.
